The residence is by the sea and has a spreading view on the Golden Isles. It's near to the shops, the transports, several piers and to remarkable points of the region such as Les Salins des Pesquiers, the Almanarre Beach, the archaeological site Olbia, the Villa Noailles and Hyères.

Hyères has 3 islands: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Ile du Levant. They are close to the residence. Departure from the Tour Fondue or Hyères' port.

La Capte's beach forms a strip of sand long 4 km. The water is shallow over several meters. La Capte's village and its businesses are 5 minutes away from the residence.
